Professional Beauty North takes place every year in Manchester, a city commonly recognised as a hub for beauty professionals and businesses, and therefore the ideal place to host one of the biggest beauty exhibitions in the country.

This vibrant beauty trade show is the ultimate destination for salon owners, spa professionals, aestheticians, nail techs and beauty therapists looking to discover the latest trends, technologies and treatments within their industry. And this year was no different!

This September, the Manchester Central Convention Complex was packed with hundreds of exhibitors showcasing new innovations, talk shows, live demonstrations, workshops as well as a range of beauty-focused competitions that brands and industry professionals could take part in. These exciting interactive features are really what sets a show like Professional Beauty North apart from other exhibitions, and what makes it one of the biggest in the industry.

So, what were some standout moments from the 2025 show?

Well for us at Quadrant2Design, it was obviously seeing our returning clients, Aesthetic Source and Aspire & Co, with their striking and eye-catching exhibition stands!

Aspire and Co

Aspire & Co are at the forefront of the cosmeceutical industry, proudly pioneering transformative skincare solutions, and therefore the perfect company to exhibit at Professional Beauty North 2025.

Let’s explore some of the design features of their stand to understand why it was so distinctive and noticeable in such a busy exhibition hall:

Their high-level branding, reaching nearly 4m, really made it visible and easy to locate among the hundreds of other exhibitors at the show.
Its central, open-on-all-sides, island stand design allowed the maximum amount of space for branding and messaging, as well allowing the most opportunity for visitor engagement and networking.
Our Quadrant2Design design experts used this central island stand location in an amazing and innovative way, using opposite sides of the stand to highlight Aspire & Co’s two separate product ranges, pHformula on one side, and Apeer Skincare on the other. This design choice made it seem like two exhibition stands in one, really allowing them to get the most value out of their custom-modular stand.

Aesthetic Source

On the other hand, Aesthetic Source, an award-winning distributor of clinically proven Skin Fitness™ products, took a slightly different approach with their minimalistic design juxtaposed on their statement custom Quadrant2Design printed photo floor. In a busy, and sometimes overwhelming exhibition hall, much like it was at Professional Beauty North 2025, this simplistic design allowed them to really stand out from the crowd.

It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Excellent communication

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
