The UK’s largest data show, Data Centre World 2025, just took place at ExCeL as part of the world-renowned Tech Show London. Data Centre World reaffirmed its position as a vital hub for the data centre community, highlighting its growing importance as the rapid increase in technology drives the need for data centre solutions.
The showunites business leaders and visionaries across all technology verticals, welcoming over 19,000 tech enthusiasts and boasting 200 hours of tech talks. Last year, we attended to catch up with exhibitors and share exclusive insights. Not only was the show incredibly busy, but exhibitors felt they were successfully connected with budget holders, valuable leads and industry professionals.
At this year’s event, we had seven clients exhibiting, six of which opted for the Free-Hire Pro plan. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to success when exhibiting; each business has individual goals and requires a unique design. This is why, each of our clients has a bespoke exhibition stand design, completely tailored to their exhibition goals and sustainability needs. Let’s get into some of the designs!
EkkoSense
The EkkoSense team wanted a stand that would help them ignite conversations with attendees and make a lasting impression. The exhibition stand design guarantees memorability, capturing the brand’s essence and personality through the distinctive colour scheme and memorable gecko! The eye-catching branding, illuminated graphics, and rotating header enhance visibility and interest.
The stand is also ideal for networking, incorporating reception points strategically throughout the layout. Additionally, TVs were placed at regular intervals to function as demo stations.
Dean Boyle, the Co-Founder and CEO of the company, shared his thoughts on the exhibition stand after last year’s Data Centre World 2024. Take a look at his feedback below!
JCA Engineering
JCA Engineering stood out from the crowds with a futuristic exhibition stand design. Towering at 4 meters high, the stand featured a striking white and blue colour scheme that ensured visibility. Similar to Ekkosense, JCA Engineering also reused its exhibition stand for this event. The stand also facilitated networking and lead conversion, featuring a reception point and networking spaces to connect with budget holders.

Fireworks Fire Protection
The Fireworks Fire Protection team wanted a classy, clean design, with the brand and certifications front and centre. This exhibition stand has been reconfigured for many different stand spaces across the UK and has met the design brief in each. View some of the images below…

Derek Killespy, the Managing Director at Fireworks reviewed this stand at Data Centre World 2024 – here’s what he had to say:
Essentra
Essentra wanted its stand to serve as an immersive branded space, with products front and centre. The exhibition stand is product-focussed, featuring bespoke showcases that ensure components are displayed in the best light.

Ellis Patents
Ellis Patents is a new client who came to us with a very specific vision. The team wanted their cable cleats mounted into a reusable graphic landscape. Many other stand builders struggled to bring this vision to life on a reusable display. To achieve the vision, our designers created a high-resolution backdrop and incorporated the cable cleats using magnets. This feature is completely reusable, and it created a talking point at the show!

Kao Data
Kao Data envisaged a large exhibition stand that would be welcoming for prospective clients. Quadrant2Design delivered a vibrant bespoke display with an open peninsula layout on a large 9m x 4m stand space. Infographics create a point of interest on the exhibition stand while the TVs aid demonstrations, in the meeting areas.

Lizzy McDowell, Kao Data’s Marketing Manager, reviewed the stand in 2024. She focused on the design and sustainability of the exhibition stand.
