The Background

Clark Dental is the leading supplier of dentistry equipment. They supply the latest equipment in oral health to dentistry clinics and veterinary clinics across the UK and the rest of the world. They promise to deliver exceptional customer service from a range of experts, which is why exhibiting had to be part of their marketing mix.

As well as supplying top quality products, Clark Dental promises a range of additional services such as testing, validation and certification of the equipment to give you peace of mind.

Clark Dental is unique in what they do. They are leading suppliers of oral health equipment to both dentistry and veterinary clinics. They wanted to reach both of these industries and target audiences by attending both the BDIA Dental Showcase, Birmingham and the London Vet Show held at ExCel.

For them to do this, they were looking for two different designs. One of the designs was to feature dentistry graphics whilst the other was to focus on the veterinary aspects of the business. Clark Dental also wanted both exhibition designs to represent their brand and include coherent colour schemes as well as their logo.

Our Solution

A perk of using the modular Prestige Events System is that it’s reusable, portable, and sustainable. That made it easy for us to identify a solution that would meet the requirements of the brief.

We designed and printed branded panels, veterinary focussed panels, and dentistry panels that were interchangeable.  This type of flexibility is something we specialise in at Quadrant2Design.


Not only did our solution allow Clark Dental to create interchangeable exhibit stands to use across different sized floor spaces at different exhibits in two different industries, but it also saved them money. The branded panels could be reused at both the dental and veterinary trade shows, reducing the overall cost.

We suggested Clark Dental utilise our Free2hire™ plan. This means that they did not have to pay to hire the structure. The only costs involved were the graphics, project management, and professional installation. After the exhibit, we packed up the structure and took it away, one less thing for them to worry about.

Design Features

As well as making the most from the interchangeable modular system, Clark Dental were keen to install additional design features. The aim was to make their exhibit stand out.

One of the main features was the branded Photo-Floor™ that was used at each of the exhibitions. The flooring fit seamlessly into the stand design to create a fully branded environment. We altered the designs for each event, according to Clark Dental’s objective for that show.


Another feature present in Clark Dental’s exhibit stand was the underlit showcases. To maximise the available room on the floor space, we built shelving into the stand to allow Clark Dental to display more products without affecting the customer experience.

Finally, to increase audience interaction, we designed a stand-alone counter to sit at the front of the exhibit. The counter featured an illuminated logo as well as coloured down lighting to catch the eye of delegates passing by.
