Autumn Fair and Spring Fair are the UK’s favourite home, gift and fashion shows, bringing together exhibitors, buyers, and industry experts under one roof!

The events are well-known for their high visitor turnout and lively atmosphere. These events are scheduled strategically to assist retailers with seasonal purchasing. The Spring Fair is timed to help retailers plan and source for quarter 2 and the upcoming year, while the Autumn Fair is scheduled ahead of quarters 3 and 4, with holiday and Christmas shopping in mind.

Autumn Fair

The infamous Autumn Fair opened its doors on the 1st of September, welcoming retailers and gift suppliers from across the UK and Europe. The retail expo welcomed over 19,000 visitors and over 600 exhibitors over 4 days at the NEC, Birmingham.

Quadrant2Design’s client, Cheatwell Games, attended the show, showcasing its quirky board games, puzzles, toys, and gifts!

Spring Fair 2025 - The 75th Edition

Now Autumn Fair has successfully come to a close, we’re turning our attention to Spring Fair. The show will be taking place from the 2nd until the 5th of February 2025 on its 75th anniversary!

Last year, Quadrant2Design had five gorgeous stands at the show – Hootyballoo, Grabo Balloons, Fizz Creations, Kingfisher Cards and Advanced Apparel. The event was a great success! Portfolio Director, Jackson Szabo, shared:

It was a huge success, and we had so many positive comments on the branding and the stand.
Someone did actually go to the show on Friday and did a 10 minute video interview with Jerome about the stand and our experiences, so hopefully they have everything you need.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
