With the month coming to a close, it is time for our August 2024 Exhibitions and Round-Up!

Similarly to July, August is a quieter month for business events. However, Quadrant2Design has been in full gear, designing and pre-building stands for September onwards, and even many 2025 shows!

A Month in Pre-Build

Join us in pre-build as we prepare for the busy months to come!

Gemporia Craft could not visit their pre-build on this occasion, so we followed Senior Project Manager, Katalin Juhasz-Nagy, as she video-called our client to check the stand for quality!

Quadrant2Design’s CAD designer, Teagan Williams-Tate, and Design Consultant, Lauren Squire, led a tour of the Aviation & Defence Spares (ADS) exhibition stand and features.

Team members from Marketing, Project Management, and CAD have recently taken part in stand-build training!

Lauren from 4C Strategies joined us to quality-check the exhibition stand ahead of the International Security Expo.

Quadrant2Design has also launched a Brand Activation Site showcasing expertise in displays for brand activation and interactive campaigns as well as the award-winning displays in exhibition halls.

Quadrant2Design’s client, Vault X, returned to the London Card Show!

Michelin Connected Fleets’s Managing Director, Matt Childs, provided an honest and in-depth review of the Quadrant2Design service, including insights on the stand design, installation, artwork, renders, storage, the event website, project management, exhibiting abroad, and more.

Quadrant2Design shared an article this month about “The Pitfalls of Choosing The Cheap Exhibition Stand Contractor Abroad,” warning about the potential issues that can arise from choosing a cheap contractor for international exhibitions.

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
