The Speciality & Fine Food Fair is a melting pot for unique artisan food and drink brands, uniting both emerging and established brands in the industry. The event took place from September 15th to 16th, 2025, transforming Olympia into a vibrant marketplace where it affirmed its place as the UK’s leading showcase for specialist and high-end food and drink products.
It is always a pleasure to be part of this show, as it introduces us to some amazing individuals and grassroots brands. We had two clients at this year’s event, Fowlescombe Rare & Pasture | Tempus, and DiSanto & Family. Let’s get into the details on each stand design.
Rare & Pasture | Tempus
Rare & Pasture | Tempus is an award-winning, traditional charcuterie and smokery, based in the heart of South Devon. The brand specialises in charcuterie and cooked, cured and smoked meats, all of which are life-certified, having been ethically reared on the company’s own farm.
Rare & Pasture | Tempus have a bold, high-end look for this event, reflecting the quality of the luxury products on offer. The stand features two brands, unified across the stand, with a dedicated wall for each product range. Large-format imagery of the charcuterie and farm brings the brand’s roots to life.

The team from Rare & Pasture | Tempus travelled from Devon to Poole to view their stand in pre-build just last year. Below you can enjoy details from their visit!
DiSanto & Family
Our second client at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair is DiSanto & Family, a family-run business based in Crowborough, East Sussex. Founded by brothers Ivan and Maurizio DiSanto, who bring over 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, the company reflects a deep love of Italian culinary traditions and the art of Italian pastries. Specialities include Cannoli, Aragostine, Bigné, Cestini, Barchette, with traditional roots, but modern twists.
Tasters go a long way at the Speciality & Fine Food Fair, and this stand is all about the pastries, illuminating DiSanto & Family’s authentic Italian delicacies in custom-lit showcases.

The Artisan Challenge | Balancing Local Charm with Corporate Appeal
Many exhibitors at this event are grassroots brands that have found popularity in loyal, local audiences. They are the types of companies that you might find at a rustic food fair, local farmers’ market, or farm shop.
People love a hidden gem. These smaller artisan brands often create products that prioritise quality and ethical practices, and this is how they foster such loyal customers. The difficulty for these brands is driving significant growth while maintaining the reputation they built as a smaller, high-quality brand.
When exhibiting at corporate trade fairs, this introduces a challenge; presenting speciality offerings to both corporate and consumer audiences. The stand should tell the brand story and embody the personality that local buyers love so much, while also presenting professionally to corporate buyers, to facilitate growth.
The exhibition stand design requires care to balance these requirements. We particularly enjoy working with clients in this industry, as our exhibiting solution is ideal for communicating brand stories. Imagery, logos, and branding can be realised across panoramic graphics and photo-floors, creating a memorable display that delegates remember long after the show.

Artisan Food & Drink Fair Trends
- Sustainability – Smaller Artisan Food brands are often expected to be more conscious of sustainability. With this focus on eco-friendly practices, brands receive greater pressure to exhibit under a sustainable banner and showcase sustainable packaging.
- Exhibiting at Trade Fairs – With the growing demand for specialist food brands that cater to specific tastes, health needs, and ethical concerns, more niche trade fairs are launching and gaining mainstream popularity!
- Tasters and Sample Products – There really is no better way to sell speciality foods than through the flavours and tastes! Make sure you have high-quality samples to share and consider a stand that integrates showcases into the stand structure to maximise the stand space, and maintain a professional look.
Looking Towards Speciality & Fine Food Fair 2026
Though the food and drink industry is not short of trade fairs, featuring outstanding events like IFE, the UK Food & Drinks Shows and the Ice Cream & Artisan Food Show, this platform has proven its value time and time again for speciality brands in the industry. We have loved bringing these food brands to life, and cannot wait to collaborate with our clients again at next year’s event!
We were pleased to see zones like Start-Up Village, specifically designated for brands that are two years old or younger. These platforms add significant value to young businesses, helping them gain traction and momentum.
