Aesthetic Medicine Live, the leading medical aesthetic show, takes place in London Olympia from 8-9 July 2021. It is one of the first major events to take place since the easing of coronavirus restrictions. The event is a conference and exhibition featuring all the latest trends, treatments and products in aesthetic medicine.
Encompassing a two-day, two-agenda CPD-accredited clinical conference, a two-day business workshop programme, a live stage and an exhibition displaying market-leading brands, Aesthetic Medicine Live is a must-attend event for aesthetic practitioners and business owners.
Aesthetic Medicine Live allows practitioners to meet with leading suppliers, discover the latest treatments and techniques, network with international speakers and peers and benefit from CPD-accredited education and hands-on training.
Entrance to the event is free if you register on the website www.aestheticmed.co.uk otherwise it is £20 on the door
Aesthetic Medicine Live is able to go ahead due to the guidelines for events in the Roadmap Step 3 released on Monday, 17 May 2021. Step 3 allows business events with 1,000 visitors or 50% of a venue’s capacity to take place.
It has moved this year to the National Hall at Olympia London. This new venue for the show will provide more space around the exhibition floor ensuring social distancing rules can be followed. This larger venue will allow for wider aisles in between stands, allowing visitors to keep apart.
In addition, the organisers will carry out temperature checks outside the venue and insist on face masks being worn inside the venue at all times. However, there is no requirement to show a negative lateral flow test or proof of vaccination.
The conference, business workshops and demo theatre will feature socially distanced seating arrangements. All seating and stage areas will be sanitised regularly during the show.
Visitors will be able to gain new perspectives and make valuable connections at the two day conference. This year will see Mr Ali Ghanem host his regenerative medicine agenda with guest speakers across both show days, plus a number of other well-known speakers on a range of topics.
Attendance for one day is £87 and for both days is £149. Thursday’s conference will be limited to access by delegates who are a member of a clinical regulatory body (GMC, NMC, GDC or overseas equivalent). Friday will be open to all aesthetic professionals.
The 12 business workshops offer an interactive approach to help delegates improve their business. They will feature seminars on the business aspects of running an aesthetic clinic with expert tips to boost a business and increase revenue.
Topics include tips for growing revenue, email marketing, the power of networking, Google ads, key performance indicators and tips for running an advertising campaign.
Each business workshop session is £10, or free with a conference pass. All aesthetic professionals are able to attend the business workshops.
New for this year’s show, watch live demonstrations of products and treatments for free on the live stage. The line-up includes all the latest, most innovative treatments being offered by the exhibitors.
Aside from the show, the organisers are running a series of free webinars. More details can be found on their website.
Aesthetic Medicine Live represents a welcome restarting of live events after a difficult year for them. Let’s hope it is the start of all live events recommencing.
