Welcome to our July 2025 round-up of exhibitions, installations, designs and photography!

As you may know, most business shows take place in Q1 and Q3, slowing down for summer and Christmas. During this off-season, we may have fewer installations; however, our production and design teams propel forward in preparation for a jam-packed September. Pre-build has been absolutely bustling with over 50 stands set for installation in the coming month!

Not to mention, our departments have been busy supporting the In Person Magazine team with their debut edition. Follow along for a look into our installations, exhibitions, pre-builds, and features from the month.

In June, our marketing team was busy attending business shows across the UK, which we were excited to share with you in July!

InstallerSHOW 2025

Our favourite show was InstallerSHOW 2025, which was the largest edition yet, experiencing a 54% increase in visitor numbers each year. The event united over 31,000 industry professionals across the heat, water, air, energy and building environment, and boasted over 800 exhibitors!

During this particular show visit, we each had a specific mission. Maggie wanted to learn what sets this show apart as the leading destination for the install, build, and trade industries. Lara’s objective was to reconnect with Quadrant2Design clients regarding their stands, while I set out to discuss sustainable exhibiting practices.

InstallerSHOW 2025

CIPD Festival of Work

Alongside InstallerSHOW 2025, Maggie and Lara also attended the CIPD Festival of Work.

This two-day exhibition focuses on the future of work, professional development, and HR practices. It aims to bring together professionals from various sectors to explore the evolving landscape of work. This year, the show offered a diverse range of keynote speakers, panel discussions, workshops, and networking opportunities.

Automechanika 2025

Maggie and Lara were also busy at Automechanika 2025, the UK’s leading exhibition for the automotive aftermarket and vehicle production sector.

The World Biogas Expo 2025

Colourful exhibition stand for Heat & Power Services by Quadrant2Design

Earlier this month, the world’s leading trade show for anaerobic digestion and biogas, The World Biogas Expo 2025, made an impact at the NEC in Birmingham. From July 9th to 10th, key players from the AD and biogas sectors discussed market trends and policies and explored products, services, and innovations from companies at the forefront of the industry.

Throughout June and July, Quadrant2Design has been actively campaigning for sustainable exhibition stands and the adoption of sustainable practices. We have been engaging in discussions with businesses at shows all across the UK about their existing practices and sustainable initiatives.

Our commitment even took us to Seawork 2025, where we focused solely on promoting sustainable stands. As part of this initiative, we created a new guide about ending the waste of disposable exhibition stands once and for all.

Getting Ready for September

I’m pleased to say that everything went very well, and our on-site team were very happy with the exhibition stand. In particular, they said how the new graphics freshened the stand up and made a big difference compared with the last show we did.
Regarding my experience this time; as usual, the timelines provided were clear and well managed throughout. Communication from our project manager and the wider team was also consistent and reliable, which of course made the process clearer from start to finish.
Overall, it was another positive experience, and I appreciate the work from everyone involved.

- Excellent communication
- Understood the design and look that we were trying to achieve

Apologies for the delay in getting back to you—there’s been a lot to catch up on in Dublin following the show.
Overall, I was very pleased with the exhibition stand, and it received great feedback from both colleagues and visitors.
We have provisionally booked a similar exhibition space for next year, so we are hopeful the stand can be reused in 2027 without the need for a redesign.
