Exhibition Stand Reconfiguration Examples with Modular Stands

If you’re currently exploring modular exhibition stands, you might be curious about how they can be reconfigured. Modular exhibition stand contractors talk a lot about reconfiguration, as it is a core part of the value proposition for modular solutions. However, it’s not always obvious how modular stands can be reconfigured, and not all systems are equal in terms of reconfiguration opportunities.

In this guide, we share some of our reconfiguration examples to show you how our Quadrant2Design’s stand can be reconfigured.

At Quadrant2Design, we have exclusive UK rights over the Prestige Events System, which is modular, reusable and reconfigurable.

We have spent the last 25 years developing our system, and it’s completely distinct from others on the market. We can incorporate flowing curved walls and create varying heights in the structure, introduce striking illuminated features, and host completely bespoke elements! And, our stands feature a 100% graphic look, extending from the graphics through to the countertops, shelves and even the floor.

Not only are our stands versatile, but they also offer greater flexibility for reconfiguration and reuse!

Here are some of our recent reconfiguration examples. Some use all existing panels, others add or remove elements in the new look.

To start, we have Retinoid Aesthetic, with a range of stand configurations:

Next is Kao Data, reconfiguring a 6m x 4m stand into a 9m x 4m peninsula stand by adding a new wall and photo-floor.

The Mesoestetic team regularly reconfigures this stand! In this example, they reconfigured their 8m x 4m island stand to a 6m x 4m peninsula stand, reusing nearly all the same panels. The stand completely reuses the primary white wall and the black wall on the rear of the island stand (outside the image). The L-shaped counter with product display was the only new addition!

This stand is a great example of a drastically different reconfiguration, from a 6m x 4m island configuration to a 3m x 3m inline booth!

Panels from the back wall, both the high-level branding and striped panels, are reused, and new panels are seamlessly integrated.

Roomex exhibits at many exhibitions each year. They tend to move between the corner configuration and the peninsula to suit their stand space. The panels used on each stand are identical, bar one, which varies by industry.

Beamwave and Church Pharmacy are sister companies that often exhibit together. Since 2015, these brands have been exhibiting with Quadrant2Design, reconfiguring most years.

Below you can see the two brands exhibiting separately: Church Pharmacy with a corner stand and Beamwave with an island stand.

Church Pharmacy reused many elements from the combined stand, while Beamwave utilised more new panels. Each stand used its own branded counter.

Powered Now has a particularly standout design, and it works well in both island and corner configurations.
